1. Nature of Services

The Good Soul Company provides personalised wellbeing and social support services for older adults.

We complement clinical and personal care providers and do not provide medical care, personal care, domestic assistance, nursing services or counselling.

Our services are non-clinical and focus on social engagement, presence and wellbeing support.

2. Service Bookings

Services are provided on a time-based basis, with a minimum booking of one hour.

Appointments may be scheduled as:

• Ongoing weekly or fortnightly visits
• Casual or short-term arrangements
• Transitional support (including hospital visits)

Bookings are subject to availability.

3. Fees & Payment

Services are charged at the agreed hourly rate.

Each visit includes up to 10 kilometres of accompanied transport. Travel beyond this distance will incur an additional per-kilometre fee as outlined on our website or service agreement.

Invoices are issued in accordance with agreed arrangements and are payable within the stated timeframe.

4. Funding Packages

Where services are accessed through an approved funding package, clients are responsible for confirming eligibility and ensuring funds are available.

The Good Soul Company is not responsible for funding approval decisions made by third-party providers.

5. Cancellations

We request reasonable notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled visits.

Cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be outlined in the client service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable care in providing services, The Good Soul Company is not liable for:

• Medical decisions
• Outcomes beyond the scope of agreed services
• Actions of third-party providers

Clients remain responsible for maintaining appropriate medical and personal care arrangements where required.

7. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will be available on our website.
